�.UaCfling <br /> Coaching responsibility: • <br /> 4 <br /> -He/she will focus instruction on improving individual as well as collective skills. Coaches <br /> have the final say in seating for turnouts and competition. He/she shall be considered the <br /> authority for offering constructive evaluation on technique. Coaches Shall not offer <br /> comments or suggestions in demeaning or derogatory fashion. Coaches sfiall assume the <br /> responsibility to organize a yearlylmonthly/weekly workout plan preseason or pre-race as <br /> the case might be. <br /> -Coaches shall be paid an hourly wage set and approved by the Council. <br /> -Coaches shall have a job description approved by the Council and sign a contract. <br /> Rowers Responsibility: <br /> +It is the rowers responsibility to inquire and learn the coaches philosophy, protocol, <br /> regimentation and temperament before committing to a period of time with a specific <br /> crew. If you do not concur with a particular coach and/or coxswain, do not commit to <br /> participate. Once committed, follow his/her directions without public question. <br /> +Be sensitive to the experience your fellow rowers are encountering.
