Demonstrate the basic stroke-instructor holding stern of scull at <br /> dock <br /> C. Push offand row at full slide to the boat ramp down river <br /> D. Demonstrate the"River Turn"at least one of two variations <br /> E. Return to the rowing float and demonstrate an Emergency <br /> Stop-Hold water <br /> F. Demonstrate docking and exiting the scull with out assistance <br /> G. Observe person row in proximity of the dock for ten minutes <br /> 22 <br />
