9 <br /> ADDENDUM NO.1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> CH2M HILL,Inc. <br /> The City and CH2M Hill,Inc.agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement dated <br /> July 31,2003 as follows: <br /> 1. The following work is added to the Scope of Work described in Exhibit A of the Agreement: <br /> Exhibit A-1,Addendum to Scope of Work,attached. <br /> 2. Paragraph 3 is modified to read as follows: <br /> This Agreement shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be <br /> completed by December 31,2004. <br /> 3. Paragraph 4(D)is modified to read as follows: <br /> Total compensation,including all services and expenses,shall not exceed a maximum of <br /> Four Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($457,500.00). <br /> 4. The following Addendum,Exhibit B-1,to Compensation is added to the Compensation <br /> described in Exhibit B of the Agreement: Addendum to Compensation,attached. <br /> 5. The following Addendum,Exhibit C-1,to Reimbursable Expenses is added to the <br /> Reimbursable Expenses described in Exhibit C of the Agreement: Addendum to <br /> Reimbursable Expenses,attached. <br /> 6. This Amendment will be effective on the date it is signed by the Mayor. <br /> 7.
