CITY OF EVERETT-CH2M HILL EXHIBIT A-1-SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Exhibit A-1 9 <br /> Addendum to Scope of Work <br /> Effluent Transfer Project <br /> Phase 4 — Repair of Crosstown Pipe Lining <br /> Introduction <br /> Background: Phase 1 of the Effluent Transfer Project included the design definition for the <br /> pump station and new steel pipeline,Phase 2 included the final design services and bidding <br /> services,and Phase 3 included construction services support for the new steel pipeline and the <br /> effluent pump station. <br /> Phase 4,Repair of Crosstown Pipe Lining:The scope of work for Phase 4 includes site visits, <br /> inspection of the existing lining and pipe exterior,preparation of drawings and specifications <br /> for removal of the existing lining and placement of new cement mortar lining,design of a <br /> cathodic protection system,preparation of an opinion of probable cost,bidding services, <br /> preparation and attendance at a prebid meeting and preconstruction meeting,review of <br /> submittals, site visits during construction, assistance with responding to questions from the <br /> contractor, assistance with preparation of change orders,and assistance with preparation of <br /> the record drawings.
