Buildings shall be clearly <br /> identificd so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Parking must be per Ciry Zoning Code and Ciry Deyign and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br /> The three residential units with two bedrooms or less require a minimum of five off-street parking <br /> spaces. The clinic area of 4,080 square feet requires 20 off-street parking spaces. <br /> 18. Placement and screening of refuse disposai areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the Zoning <br /> Code as folluws: <br /> a. Garbage receptacles, dumpstets, and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple family, <br /> commercial, industrial, and institutional developmenu and shall not be located in a required <br /> front setback area.
