An additional 3,202 linear feet of painted wide line were installed beyond <br /> quantities in the bid proposal to complete the work as designed in the channelization plans. <br /> Item#65—Plastic Crosswalk Line. One hundred and twenty linear feet of plastic crosswalk line were <br /> deleted along Commercial Avenue as this street will receive a full asphalt overlay this coming summer. <br /> Item#66—Bicycle Symbols. One additional bicycle symbol was installed to complete work on this <br /> project. <br /> Item#67—Plastic Stop Line. This bid item is being <br /> deleted from work under work order 2857 and added to the work order 2857A. <br /> Item#78—Storm Sewer Pipe,8-inch Diameter.This bid item is being added as a result of bid item#22 <br /> exceeding 125%of the original plan quantity,allowing the renegotiation of a new unit price for 8-inch <br /> diameter storm sewer pipe for pipe installed above 125%of the original plan quantity. <br /> Item#79—Storm Sewer Pipe,12-inch Diameter. This item being added to the contract to pay for the removal of <br /> existing paint stripe required to realign the new centerline of Commercial Avenue. No bid item existed in <br /> the original bid proposal to pay for this work effort. <br /> Item#84—Painted Crosswalk. This item being added to the contract to pay for the installation of painted <br /> crosswalk,in-lieu-of plastic crosswalk. If thermoplastic crosswalk was put down on Commercial Avenue it <br /> would then need to be ground off prior to the upcoming asphalt overlay later this year.No bid item existed <br /> in the original bid proposal to pay for this work effort. <br /> Item#85—Plastic Crosswalk&Stop Bar Removal. This item being added to the contract to pay for the <br /> removal of existing thermoplastic crosswalk&stop bar removal required to complete the new <br /> channelization along Commercial Avenue.No bid item existed in the original bid proposal to pay for this <br /> work effort. <br /> Item#86—Hydroseeding. This bid item is being added as a result of bid item#60 exceeding 125%of the <br /> original plan quantity,allowing the renegotiation of a new unit price for hydroseeding placed above 125% <br /> of the original plan quantity.
