4 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> URS CORPORATION <br /> The City and URS Corporation agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement dated <br /> May ,2004(the"Agreement")as follows: <br /> I. The work included in Exhibit A-1 of this amendment is added to the Scope of Work <br /> described in Exhibit A of the Agreement. <br /> 2. The compensation and reimbursable expenses in Exhibits B-1 and C-1 of the amendment are <br /> added to the compensation and expenses identified in Exhibits B and C of the Agreement. <br /> 3. Paragraph 4(B)is modified to read as follows: <br /> The Contractor shall be paid such amounts and in such manner as described in Exhibit B <br /> as specified in the Agreement and as described in Exhibit B-1 of this Amendment. <br /> 4. Paragraph 4(D) is modified to read as follows: <br /> Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a <br /> maximum of One Hundred and Fifty Eight Thousand, One Hundred Dollars <br /> ($158,100). <br /> 5. The effective date of this Amendment is <br /> 6.
