8 <br /> within ninety (90) days of the close of the month of service provision. <br /> Final claims for reimbursement must be submitted within thirty (30) <br /> days of the contract ending date. Claims submitted after these <br /> deadlines will not be processed. <br /> IV. NON DISCRIMINATION <br /> The following provisions are added to provisions contained in the Basic <br /> Agreement between the Contractor and Snohomish County: <br /> A. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Americans <br /> With Disabilities Act (PL 101-336). <br /> B. The Contractor and any subcontracting party shall comply with the <br /> state regulations for barrier-free facilities, as designated in RCW <br /> 19.27.031. The Contractor and subcontractors shall provide barrier- <br /> free access to and egress procedures from facilities, meeting places, <br /> and structures that will enable the use of all program services for the <br /> disabled community. <br /> V. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> A. The Contractor must establish written procedures to be followed in <br /> the event of weather related emergencies, disasters, or situations <br /> which may interrupt service delivery. <br /> B. The Contractor must establish a written plan which describes <br /> procedures to be followed in the event a client becomes ill or is <br /> injured while at the Contractor's office or if staff are at the client's <br /> home. The plan must be thoroughly explained to staff and <br /> volunteers. <br /> VI.
