8 <br /> helping to ensure the Parties' Recitals, Purpose, and Goals and Principles, stated <br /> above, and the schedule objectives and budget are met. Each Designated <br /> Representative is also responsible for coordinating the various jurisdiction, <br /> agency, or department staff members as it relates to the scope of this Agreement. <br /> The Parties reserve the right to change Designated Representatives,with notice to <br /> the other Party, as the Project progresses through. Attachment A, which is <br /> incorporated by reference herein, provides Designated Representatives titles, <br /> telephone numbers, fax numbers, and E-mail addresses. This list will be updated <br /> via addendum as necessary; any such addendum shall not constitute a material <br /> change to this Agreement (see Section 16) and therefore shall not require <br /> authorization by each Party's legislative body. <br /> 4.5 Project Management Team <br /> The Parties will work through a Project Management Team made up of the <br /> Designated Representatives and their co-agency staff. The City will lead the <br /> Project Management Team effort, and will provide meeting summaries to the <br /> Project Management Team in a timely manner. <br /> The Project Management Team will be the forum to discuss design objectives for <br /> the Project, consistent with the budget and schedule. The Project Management <br /> Team may schedule additional meetings with Project staff and consultants as <br /> needed. <br /> 4.6 Clear Lines of Authority within Agencies <br /> Each Party will establish clear lines of authority within its organization and <br /> identify staff members within each department/division who will provide <br /> technical/professional expertise and approvals. The Parties will provide a list of <br /> Departmental/Divisional Representatives to the Project Management Team. <br /> These Divisional/Departmental Representatives shall be responsible to their <br /> respective Designated Representative,providing technical/professional expertise <br /> and input to support the Project. These Departmental/Divisional Representatives <br /> are responsible for coordinating their department/division's involvement with the <br /> Project and working through the Designated Representative to help ensure that the <br /> Project objectives, including the schedule and budget objectives, are met. <br /> 4.7 Project Design and Approvals <br /> The City shall provide Sound Transit an opportunity to review and comment on <br /> design concepts, drawings, and documents at each 30%, 60%, and 90%design <br /> stage. The time frame for Sound Transit's design review referenced in this <br /> section shall not be less than fourteen calendar days or more than twenty-one <br /> calendar days from Sound Transit's receipt of the design documents, unless <br /> otherwise agreed by the Parties. <br /> 4 <br />
