8 <br /> 7. PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT <br /> The City shall be responsible for the public involvement process, including <br /> materials development and community meetings. <br /> 8. SCHEDULE OBJECTIVES <br /> The Parties acknowledge the importance of completing the Project within existing <br /> budget constraints. Accordingly, the Parties shall establish and make all <br /> reasonable efforts to maintain schedule objectives and target dates such that the <br /> City completes the Project's construction and begins revenue bus operations at the <br /> Project no later than .September 15, 2007. <br /> 9.
