2004 STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant <br />Intergovernmental Agreement <br />Page 3 <br />The Invoice Voucher shall be submitted to: Anita Granbois, Program Coordinator, <br />CTED, Office of Crimes Victims Advocacy, Post Office Box 48304, Olympia, <br />Washington 98504-8304. <br />6.0 FUNDING SOURCE <br />The funds for this Agreement are provided by Federal Grant Number 2004 -WF -AX -0041 <br />under the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program. CONTRACTOR <br />shall submit one copy of all reports and proposed publications resulting from this <br />Agreement to CTED thirty (30) days prior to public release. <br />CONTRACTOR agrees that any publications (written, visual, or sound), but excluding_ <br />press releases, newsletters, and issue analyses, issued by CONTRACTOR describing <br />programs or projects funded in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement, <br />shall contain the following statement (NOTE: This excludes press releases, newsletters <br />and issue analyses.): <br />"This project was supported by Grant No. 2004 -WF -AX -0041 awarded by the Office <br />on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice. Points of view in this <br />document are those of the author and do not necessarily represent the official <br />position or policies of the U.S. Department of Justice. Grant funds are administered <br />by the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Washington State Department of <br />Community, Trade and Economic Development." <br />7.0 HOLD HARMLESS <br />Each party shall protect and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, <br />suits or actions arising from any negligent act or omission of that party's employees, <br />agents and/or authorized subcontractor(s) while performing under the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br />8.0 DISPUTES <br />Consistent with RCW 43.17.320-340, the parties shall make every effort to resolve <br />disputes arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement through discussion and <br />negotiation. <br />Should discussion and negotiation fail to resolve a dispute arising under this <br />Agreement, the parties shall select a dispute resolution team to resolve the dispute. <br />The team shall consist of a representative appointed by CTED, a representative <br />appointed by CONTRACTOR and a third party mutually agreed upon by both parties. <br />The team shall attempt, by majority vote, to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot <br />be resolved in this fashion, either party may request assistance from the Governor <br />pursuant to RCW 43.17.330. <br />1� <br />
