2.0 Task 2 — Data Collection <br /> 2.1 Objective <br /> Work with City staff to obtain information needed to complete the CWP. <br /> 2.2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Prepare a list of the CWP reference materials provided by the City <br /> 2.3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide copies of requested water system data in a timely manner. <br /> 2. Host a water system facilities tour for the project team with City engineering and O&M <br /> staff. <br /> 2.4 Assumptions <br /> 1. The data collection meeting and facilities tour site visit will be over a two day period. <br /> 2. The City will provide the requested water system data within a four week period. <br /> 2.5 Deliverables <br /> 1. Reference materials list <br /> 2. Facilities tour memorandum <br /> 3.0 Task 3 — Water System Description (CWP Chapter 1) <br /> 3.1 Objective <br /> Describe the characteristics of the City of Everett water system. <br /> 3.2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Work with appropriate City staff to review and update each section of the Water System <br /> Description from the 2000 CWP.
