E-mailed document file of the final draft Chapter 1. <br /> 4.0 Task 4 — Service Area Policies, Plans, and <br /> Agreements (CWP Chapter 2) <br /> 4.1 Objective <br /> Prepare draft and final CWP chapter updating and describing City service area policies, plans <br /> and agreements. <br /> 4.2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Create up to four maps showing the following: <br /> • The City's retail and wholesale (direct and indirect) service areas for the current, 6 <br /> year, and 20 year time frames; <br /> • Surrounding utility service areas; <br /> • Municipal and potential annexation area boundaries; <br /> • County and urban growth area boundaries; <br /> • North Snohomish County Coordinated Water System Plan (CWSP) boundary; <br /> • Zoning or land use within the City retail service area and within the wholesale service <br /> area. <br /> 2. Summarize the City's water service ordinances. <br /> 3.
