Assist the City, as needed, with the public involvement activities associated with the <br /> approval process for the new conservation plan. This may include participation in up to <br /> four public forums. Additional activities may be added upon mutual agreement and <br /> amendment of this Scope of Services. <br /> 6.3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Lead the updating of the current conservation plan, including leading all interfacing with <br /> EWUC, the city council, and the public. <br /> 2. Provide source data per the data request associated with Task 2. <br /> 3. Assist HDR in identifying factors that should be included in the determination of the <br /> conservation avoided cost associated with Task 6.2.4. <br /> 4. Review and make recommendations for the cost-effectiveness methodology associated <br /> with Task 6.2.5. <br /> 5. Develop a public involvement plan for obtaining public input on the new conservation <br /> program consistent with HB 1338 and other State requirements. <br /> 6. Review the Technical Memo summarizing the methodology and results of the new cost <br /> effectiveness analysis and provide written comments within a two week turnaround. <br /> 7. Review the draft CWP chapter and provide written comments within a two week <br /> turnaround. <br /> 6.4 Assumptions <br /> 1. The City views this process as a refinement of the current conservation plan, rather than as <br /> an overhaul of that plan. <br /> 2. City conservation staff will lead the planning process with EWUC and the City Council to <br /> identify the measures HDR will evaluate. <br /> 6.5 Deliverables <br /> 1. E-mailed Word document file of a draft and final Technical Memo summarizing the impact <br /> Municipal Water Law draft conservation rules on the City's conservation program. <br /> 2. E-mailed Word document file of the draft and final Technical Memo summarizing the <br /> methodology for calculating avoided cost and Excel files of the actual analyses. <br /> 3. E-mailed Word document file of a draft and final version of a Technical Memo presenting <br /> the results of the new cost effectiveness analysis and Excel files of the actual analyses. <br /> 4.
