14 <br /> storage and maintenance facilities are located in what is known as the "Public Works Complex." <br /> Everett Station, a regional multi-modal transportation center that opened on February 3,2002, is <br /> located at 3201 Smith Avenue in Everett. The Appendix contains the State's Public <br /> Transportation Management System forms for Everett Transit's revenue vehicles, equipment, and <br /> facilities. <br /> Section III: Service Characteristics <br /> As of December 31, 2004 Everett Transit provided fixed route service on eleven routes and <br /> complementary paratransit service. The major route layover/destination areas are near the Everett <br /> Community College in North Everett; Everett Station, near the Central Business District; and the <br /> Everett Mall in South Everett. <br /> Most regular routes operate seven days per week and on many holidays. Monday through Friday <br /> routes serve the Boeing Plant,the business parks, and the Mukilteo Ferry. The Route 4 circulator <br /> operates weekdays from Everett Station. System headways vary between 15 and 60 minutes on <br /> weekdays and vary between 30 and 120 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. The span of service is <br /> generally from 4:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 6:55 am to 9:25 p.m. on Saturdays <br /> and Sundays.
