Suite 310 , Bellevue, Washington, and hereinafter ceferred to as ApFlicant, has reguested that Contract Rezone #2-80 be amended and a variance for the allowance of 45 on-street angle parking stalls in lieu of off-street par}:ing be granted for property that is located at SOth and Evergreen Way, in the City of. Everett, Washington. Contract Rezone #z-80 was originally approved by the City Council of the City Everett on August 12 , 1981. It is now Lhe intent of the Applicant to amend this Contract Rezone for the purpose of modifying the type of uses on site, traffic circulation on site and the site plan.
