Equipment or vents which generate noise or air emissions shall be located on <br /> the opposite side of the building from residentially zoned property. <br /> 32. Based upon 7300 square feet of Type V-N, sprinklered construction, the fire flow <br /> requireme�t is 1,500 GPM. <br /> 33. One 1 available fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer <br /> than �feet, of every slructure. The location of the hydrant must be approved by <br /> the Fire MarshaL <br /> 34. Acess - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide <br /> Fire Department acess roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. <br /> Fire Department acess roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in <br /> width of unobstructed, all-seacon drivin� surface viith a minimum clear height af <br /> 13'6'. Fire Lanes will be posted and maintained as required by the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> The access road to the main building is inadequate. It needs to be within 150 <br /> feet oi all portions of the first floor. <br /> 35. Duplex#2 (requires following or an approved tumaround) -Access to the <br /> structure on this lot will be excessive. This may be mitigated by the installation of <br /> a residential sprinkler system complying with the requirementsof NFPA <br /> Standard 13 D. <br /> Plans for any such system musf be submitted to the Building Department and the <br /> Everett Fire Department for examination and approval prior to the <br /> commencement of construction. <br /> A final 'in the buckeP test, witnessed by a fire inspector, will be performed prior <br /> to ttie acceptance of the system. Call 259-8720 for more information. <br /> 36. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of <br /> secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire- <br /> fighting �urposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to <br /> be mstalled in an accessible location. A rapid entry system may also be <br /> desirable in order to avoid unnecessary damage whife making entry to any <br /> building during an emergency situation. <br /> 37. Fire lanes must be Qrovided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. <br /> Fire.lanes must be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO <br /> PAR7CING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - <br /> TOW AWAY ZONE." Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 38. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each <br /> building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legibl�from the access <br /> road. Each suite must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from <br /> the access road. <br /> 9 <br />
