To meet the intent of the policy, the following <br /> requirements must be met: <br /> a. Street trees must be provided on the Evergreen Way frontage, with species <br /> approved by the Parks Department. Street trees must be planted at 20 feet on <br /> center. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> 5. A variance must be obtained from the buiiding height and landscape requirements of the <br /> Zoning Code, or the project must be designed to meet these standards. <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant <br /> adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br /> RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City <br /> ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmenta� checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is <br /> available to the public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is <br /> specifically conditioned on compliarce with the conditions attached hereto which are <br /> incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 <br /> calendar days from the date below.
