� � <br /> The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated <br /> swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at <br /> 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per <br /> Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device <br /> must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 20. Based upon 12,000 square feet of Type V-1, sprinklered construction, the fire flow <br /> requirement is 1,500 GPM. <br /> 21. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br /> structure. An additional hydrant must be installed. The location of the hydrant must be <br /> approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 22. A sprinkler system complying wlth EMC Chapter 16.76 must be provided. <br /> Plans for any such system must be submitted to the Building Department and the <br /> Everett Fire Department for examination and approval.
