� � <br /> The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated <br /> swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at <br /> 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per <br /> Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device <br /> must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 20. Based upon 12,000 square feet of Type V-1, sprinklered construction, the fire flow <br /> requirement is 1,500 GPM. <br /> 21. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br /> structure. An additional hydrant must be installed. The location of the hydrant must be <br /> approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 22. A sprinkler system complying wlth EMC Chapter 16.76 must be provided. <br /> Plans for any such system must be submitted to the Building Department and the <br /> Everett Fire Department for examination and approval. Such plans must include plans <br /> for the underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system. <br /> As of January, 1991, sprinkler system permits are issued by the Building Department. <br /> Plan review fees are assessed by the Building Department. No fee is assessed by the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> Above ground sprinkler piping must be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA <br /> Standard 13. Underground piping must be hydrostatically tested and flushed as <br /> established in NFPS Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests must be <br /> witnessed by a Fire Department inspector. Call 259-8710 to make an appointment for • <br /> inspection. <br /> Contractors' materials and test certificates must be submitted to the Everett Fire <br /> Department prior to issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. <br /> Cali 257-8120 for more information. <br /> 23. The building(s) must have an automatic Pra detection system installed in accordance <br /> with NFPA standard 72, and EMC Chapter 16.76. <br /> 24. Portable Fire Protectian -A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2- <br /> A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during <br /> �� construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 25. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes <br /> must be identified by red cur4s with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE <br /> LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE -TOW AWAY ZONE." <br /> Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 26. The premises must be clearly ident�ed by address at the street entry. Each building <br /> must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Each <br /> suite must be clearly identified so as to be visibie and legible fram the access road. <br /> 27.
