c ;. 28. Landscaping must be provi3ed per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a rninimum this must include the following: a. A�andscape s7ip a minimum of 10 feet wide must be provided �long the street frontage for the site, except for the driveway. This area shall be planted with Type III landscaping. b. A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide must be provided along the north and south property lines, except where the building is located. This area shall be planted �vith Type III landscaping. c. A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet widr. planted to Type I standazds or a strip a minimum of 15 feet wide p]anted to Type II standards must �e providerl along the east property line where the property abuts the R-2 residential zone. d. A minimum of 17.5 square feet of landscaping shall be provided in the interior of the parking lot f�r the 15 parking stalls. Landscape areas must be planted and located per Section 35.OSOE of the Zoning Code. e. Prior to issuance of any permits, a detailed landscaping plan must be provided to the Ciry of Everett for reviev md approval per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must show the. type, size and location oF plantings to be installed and the location of all required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigatio� systems must be provided in all landscaped azeas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. � �
