3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br />Works Inspector. <br />9. A one year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not less than <br />10% oF the cost of construction and shall nm for one year from the da[e of tinal <br />approval/issuance of d�e flrst Occupancy Pennit. <br />10. A two year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage <br />treatmendabatement Facilities serving areas larger than one acre. <br />11. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be requimd to be <br />submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and Spc;:ifications for <br />Development. <br />12. A Performance Guarantee is required for street improvements on Rainier Drive prior to <br />any building permit being issued. <br />13. Any broken or damaged sidewaik sh�ill be repaired/replaced per die Ciry Publio Works <br />Inspector. <br />14. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activiry must be operational prior <br />[o commencement of any clearin� or earthwork. <br />15. On-site de[ention is required per City standards. Detention shall be calculated for the <br />site vegetative conditions (brush and grass) that existed prior to the most recent <br />construction staging activity on the site. <br />I6. Treatment of storm warer runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, <br />prior to discharge of the storm water t'rom the site or to a stream or wedand. Storm <br />water treatment is currendy mquired when 5,000 square Peet of pavemcnt is created by <br />a project. The options For storm wate� treatment are: <br />1) an infiltration basin, iPsuitable soils exist on the site <br />2) a wetpond <br />3) a consiructed wetland <br />All storm water facilities must be designed in accorc;:ince :;�ith Ciry standards. <br />17. All chemicals or products of a hazardous or tox.ic nature ihat may be used or stored on <br />die site must be stored under cover and isolated from the srorm dninaee system. <br />13.
