Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1990-1994 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projecte� water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit appiication. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. 8. Lack of r..omment on the plans submitted with the appl�cation does not constitute approval of these plans. 9. A fire hydrant is required with 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every structure. Location of the hydrant(s) shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 10. City streets are ta be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Wor!<s Inspector. 11. A one year warranty is required on the public �mprovement for an amo�nt not less than 10°/a of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final approval/issuance of the first Occupancy Permit. 12. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage treztment/abatement facilities senring area� larger than one acre. 13.
