A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided in the front yard setback area along the Evergreen Way Street frontage, except for t;ie driveway. This area shall be planted with Type !II landscapi�g. b. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided along the west property line where the property abuts the R-1 zone. This area shall be planted with Type II landscaping. c. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided along the south property line where the property abuts 5R 525. This area shall be planted with Type II landscaping. d. A minimum of 2,021 square feet of landsr.aaing shall be provided in the interior of the parking lot for the 76 parking stalls. Landscape areas must be planted and located per Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code. e. Prior to issuance of any permits, lane�scaping plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan rnust show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas pEr 3ection 35.130 c�f the Zoning Code.
