19. All inoperable vehicles, used tires and vehicle parts must be <br />screened from view from the public right-of-ways per sections 35 <br />and 41 of the zoning Code. The final site plan must indicate <br />which portion of the site will be used for such purposes. <br />Customer parking must be provided outside of this area. <br />20. A fire hydrant is required within 200- driving feet, but not <br />closer than 50 feet, of every structure. <br />-td <br />21. Fire safety pra`es during construction must be in compliance <br />with Article 87 of the Uniform Fire Code. <br />22. The building must be sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13 <br />and/or UBC standard 38-1. <br />23. The building must have a fire alarm system installed in <br />accordance with Uniform Fire Code Standard 14-1. <br />24. Paint spraying operation must be in compliance with Article 45 of <br />the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 edition. <br />i�i <br />25. Flammable liquid storage and use must be in compliance with <br />sections 45.208 and 79.210 of the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 <br />edition. <br />26. The address of the building must be clearly visible from the <br />street. I7! <br />27. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum UL rating of 2A must <br />be provided within 75 feet travel distance, on each floor, of all <br />portions of each building during construction. <br />28. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, outdoor <br />burning for the purpose of disposing of construction debris or <br />rubbish will not be permitted. <br />29. The Fire Department may recommend or require installation of a <br />rapid entry system, such as a key box, to be installed in an <br />accessible location. Please call 259-8726 for further <br />information. <br />30. The following Fire Department permits are required: <br />a. For operation of an auto repair garage; <br />b. To conduct weldingd cutting operations; <br />c. To conduct spraying operations using flammable or combustible <br />liquids; <br />d. To store in excess of fire gallons of Class I liquids; <br />e.
