The following information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. The revised plans show a change in restroom location. This proposed change in restroom location <br />appears to overlap part of the proposed kitchen area for this establishment. It is unknown at this <br />time what the impact of this change will be on the kitchen as the kitchen area was not included on <br />the proposed floor plan. Approval to this plan change for the restrooms cannot be made until <br />such time as plans are submitted which show the potential impact to the proposed kitchen <br />area. Please note that the plans may be submitted in an unlocked pdf format. <br />Please note that prior to operating permit issuance and approval to open the new facility, after the <br />Health District plan review process is completed and construction is finished, the Health District permit <br />application process must be completed and a preoperational inspection must be conducted. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
