The building data table should make z inction between area of repair and area of new <br />construction. The replacement of the u , nolished storage area is being reviewed as new <br />construction. <br />2. The site plan should identify the scope of all new construction/demolition to the paving <br />and grading, to include the accessible route to the main door, new parking space striping, <br />and the removal of existing parking spaces on Evergreen Way. <br />3. Please submit a roof plan with target references to details for the existing building and <br />new addition, and identify the extent and type of insulation (existing or new). <br />Occupancy <br />1 1. Occupancy classifications and occupant load calculations should be submitted for the retail <br />and storage areas, per IBC table 1004.1.1. <br />2. If the space is business use, not retail, the occupant load calculations and plans should <br />identify the specific uses, per IBC section 508.1. <br />3. The code analysis should identify if the occupancy uses are accessory, non -separated or <br />separated, or some combination, per IBC sections 508.2, 508.3 or 508.4. <br />Egress <br />✓1. Two exits are required when the occupant load calculations exceed 49 people, per IBC <br />Table 1021.2. <br />Construction <br />Primary and secondary roof drainage should be shown on the drawings, per UPC sections <br />1101.11.1 and 1101.11.2. Gutters are required on the roof of the new addition, and <br />should be shown on the drawings, per UPC 1101.11.1. <br />
