The replacement of the demolished storage area is being reviewed
as new construction.
Pacific Response:
Refer to the notes under BUILDING DATA and on the PRGPOSrD PARKINGAND
LANDSCAPING PLAN On Sheet 1 for the modif ed nomenclature. A RooFPLAN has also
been added on a net, Sheet 4.1 indicating the NEIV storage addition and existing mired
rise structure.
2. The site plan should identify the scope of all new construction/dentolition to the paving
and grading, to include the accessible route to the main door, new parking space
striping, and the removal of existing parking spaces on Evergreen Way.
Pacific Response:
The area of NEiV asphalt in the northern and nortlnvestern portion of the site is
currently indicated on the PROPOSED PARKING,=L.INDSCAPINGPLANon Sheet 1 by
note and outlined with a thick dashed/shaded line.
11220Com Not Rshnll•10-ILUcc II/10!11
1700 Westlake Ave. North - Suite 100 0 Seattle, Washington 98109
Tel: IM) 281.7500 0 Fax: I206] 2814611
I8001621.7300 0 wwn.pacengtedt.00m
