All Leases will specifically provide that the tenant attoms to any <br /> person succeeding to the interest of Boaower upon any foreclosure of this Deed of Trust or <br /> conveyance in lieu thereof; such attomment shell be in such form as Lender may approve <br /> and shall provide that the tenant shall not have the right of set otTor defense to payment of <br /> rents for any event or act that occurred prior to such successor obtaining title to Beaower's <br /> interest except to the extent such event or act continues after the time such successor obtains <br /> such title. The tenant shall also agree to execute such furiher evidences of attomment as <br /> Lender may from time to time request. Without Lcnder's prior written constnt,Soirower <br /> shall not collect or accept payment of any Rents tnore than one(1)month prior to the due <br /> dates thereof; shall not execute,modify, surrender or terminate any Lease providing for a <br /> term(including any renewal term(s))of one(1)}•ear or more,shall not in any manner waive, <br /> discharge,release or modify the obligations of any tenant or other occupant of the Property <br /> under any.Lease,or request or consent to the subordinatian of any Lease to any lien <br /> subordinate to Ihis Deed of Trust. <br /> VI.S 1 g.,nder in Posce«ion• Apnointment of Receiver.
