Owa devaloped the RV park on the subject property. On June 1, 1999, <br /> the Code Compliance Department of the City of Everett, pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Chapter 19.41 and 1.20 of the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), issued a violation citation for the RV park. In the violation <br /> citation, the following were set forth as violations occurring on-site: <br /> (1) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement that <br /> stays at the park be limited to a maximum of 48 hours. <br /> Inspections on April 26. 1999, and May 3, 1999, revealed that <br /> stays are not being so limited. In addition, one of the inhabitants <br /> at the subject property reported that he pays monthly rent for his <br /> space at the subject property. <br /> (2) Approval of your request was for a 12-space recreational vehicle <br /> park. There are more than 12 vehicles at the subject property. <br /> (3) Approval of your request was conditioned upon an ele;trical <br /> permit for any installed electrical services. The electrical permit <br /> that was obtained is for 12 spaces. The remaining vehicles on the <br /> subject property have illegal services and connections. <br /> (4) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement to <br /> provide landscaping per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping at the subject property is not done in accordance with <br /> the approved site plan. <br /> (5) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement to <br /> provide a turnaround acceptable to the Fire Department. There is <br /> no turnaround at the subject property. <br /> (6) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement that <br /> a fire hydrant be located within 200 driving feet, but not closer <br /> than 50 feet, of every structure. The location of the hydrant was to <br /> be approved by the Fire Marshal. There is no hydrant within the <br /> required distances from the structures on the subject property. <br /> /[5 <br />
