On June 1, 1999, the Code Compliance Department of the City of Everett, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 19.41 and 1.20 of the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), issued a violation citation for the RV park. In the violation citation, the following were set forth as violations occurring on-site: (1) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement that stays at the park be limited to a maximum of 48 hours. Inspections on April 26. 1999, and May 3, 1999, revealed that stays are not being so limited. In addition, one of the inhabitants at the subject property reported that he pays monthly rent for his space at the subject property. (2) Approval of your request was for a 12-space recreational vehicle park. There are more than 12 vehicles at the subject property. (3) Approval of your request was conditioned upon an ele;trical permit for any installed electrical services. The electrical permit that was obtained is for 12 spaces. The remaining vehicles on the subject property have illegal services and connections. (4) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement to provide landscaping per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping at the subject property is not done in accordance with the approved site plan. (5) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement to provide a turnaround acceptable to the Fire Department. There is no turnaround at the subject property. (6) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement that a fire hydrant be located within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. The location of the hydrant was to be approved by the Fire Marshal. There is no hydrant within the required distances from the structures on the subject property. /[5
