C <br />Regular inspection for diseases and pests shall be made and minor infestations treated. Spray <br />treatment shall be performer' when necessary to keep all plant material in a healthy, growing <br />manner. The proper chemical control will be wider the advisement of a Licensed Application <br />Specialist. Major infestation examples would include Root Weevil, European Cranefly, and Tent <br />Caterpillar. The abatement of all rodents shall be accomplished as necessary. <br />All hard surfaces shall be swept or blown clean for a total of 48 times during the year. Litter <br />control shall accompany blowing. All litter and debris shall be disposed of off -site. <br />Leaf removal to be accomplished during winter months.
