The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the usa of all <br /> �own. available, and reasonable means of controllinq air <br /> pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those <br /> dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck <br /> wheels before they leave the site, and installinq and <br /> maintaininq qravel construction entrances. Construction <br /> vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any evidence <br /> of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br /> Department of Ecoloqv or the Puget Sound Air Pollution <br /> Control Agency. <br /> 12• A Review prpaess ==g decision must be obtained from the <br /> City of Everett Planninq Department before the vetlands can <br /> be filied or its buffers rednced, The Review Process IIB <br /> application requires the submittal of a mitigation plan <br /> �at is acceptable to the City of Everett Planning <br /> Department. The mitigation plan must address the adequate <br /> replacement of 9,227 aquare feet of wetland. No removal of <br /> wetland or its buffer is permitted until approved through i <br /> Review Process IIH.
