To provide funds to the Applicant for the herein proposed Mitigation Project as noted in Attachment 1 -Description of the Project; Attachment 2 -Project Development and Construction Schedule; and Attachment 3, Certifications and Assurances, and the original application, which are incorporated herein by this reference. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Department and Applicant acknowledge and accept the terms of this Grant Agreement, exhibits and attachments hereto and have executed this Grant Agreement as of the date and year written below. This Grant Agreement Face Sheet, Special Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions, Federal and State Requirements and Assurances, Statement of Work and/or Description of Project (Attachment #1), and Project Development Schedule (Attachment #2), and any other attachments govern the rights and obligations of both parties to this Grant agreement.
