The low area toward the east and south c�sn- <br />tinues on to the property to the east. <br />A drainage ditch parallel to Intercity Avenue presently contains <br />water Elowing toward L-he east. <br />ELEVATIONS <br />� All references to elevations and/or relative grades mentioned in <br />i <br />this reaort are approximate, based on observe9 L•opography at the <br />� time of our field study. A topographic survey of the site was not <br />available for our use. <br />� <br />� <br />�� <br />STRATIGRAPHY <br />The suUsurface soil types and conditions are best illustrated on the <br />enclosed test pit soil logs. <br />In general, the site is underlain Uy dense to very dense mottled <br />grey to dark grey gravelly silty sand. This strata is mapped by the <br />U.S. Geological Survey as glacial till of the Vashon glacial ad- <br />vance. <br />Our test pits encountered this basal unit as near the surface as tcoo <br />feet four inches (2'4") (TP-5) and as deep �a six feet eight inches <br />(6'8") (TP-3) below the test pit surface elevation. <br />� <br />
