INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER <br />The following information is provided for the developer's b�nefit. These are not SEPA <br />conditions but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements aze preliminary <br />in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of <br />submittal for SEPA review. Tiie proposal must comply with.all ordinances in effect at the time a <br />complete buildine permit application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. <br />(Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). <br />Contac. the Planning Department for information regarding appeais processes for the <br />requirements listed in this document. <br />Any equipment building(s) required for the tower must be screened from view of the <br />adjacent properties, either with a solid site-obscuring fence or landscaping, or a <br />combination of both. A landscapingiscreeeing p;;.r. must be reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Department prior to issuance of any building permits.
