The Permit is granted subject to conditions as set forth herein. INTRODUCTION VoiceStream PCS III Corporation, 19807 North Creek Parkway, Bothell, Washington 98011 (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit (Permit) to replace an existing 67 foot high Snohomish County PUD utility pole that is located in the right-of-way of 9830 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington (subject property). It is the intent of the Applicant to replace the pole with a 95 foot high wood pole that will have three antenna arrays and :wo antennas per array for a total of six panel antennas that will be 62.7" x 7.8" each. There will also be a prefabricated cabinet locsted within the Shurgard mini-storage property that will house the radio and backup battery systems.
