� <br />FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />VOICESTREAM PCS lil CORPORATION FOR <br />APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE <br />;'ERMIT <br />AU6 p 6 20D1 <br />SPU #01-008 <br />DECISION: The requested Special Property Use Permit for the <br />replacement of an existing Snohomish County PUD <br />utility pole within the right-of-way at 9830 Evergreen <br />Way, Everett, Washington, with a 95 foot high wood <br />pole with three antenna arrays and two antennas per <br />array is granted. The Permit is granted subject to <br />conditions as set forth herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />VoiceStream PCS III Corporation, 19807 North Creek Parkway, Bothell, Washington <br />98011 (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit (Permit) to <br />replace an existing 67 foot high Snohomish County PUD utility pole that is located in the <br />right-of-way of 9830 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington (subject property). It is the <br />intent of the Applicant to replace the pole with a 95 foot high wood pole that will have <br />three antenna arrays and :wo antennas per array for a total of six panel antennas that <br />will be 62.7" x 7.8" each. There will also be a prefabricated cabinet locsted within the <br />Shurgard mini-storage property that will house the radio and backup battery systems. <br />A hearing was held before the Hearing Exsminer of the City of Everett on <br />July 19, 2001.
