6. Provide detail of connection at slab-on-grade/foundation wall between garage and <br />entry. <br />7. Provide rigid insulation at perimeter of slab -on -grade when slab is within 24" of <br />the finished grade and when slab is adjacent to an unheated crawl space. <br />1/8. Provide concrete footings under bearing wall of stairs in new entry. <br />9. Provide minimum 36" landing at all entrance/exits. Landings may be not more <br />than 8" below the finished floor when the door does not swing over the landing. <br />When the door swings over the landing the landing shall be not more than 1" <br />below the finished floor. <br />10. Provide safety glass in required hazardous locations. <br />11. Revise rear elevation to show revised plans. <br />12. Show footings for stairs coming off of deck kitchen/dining room. <br />13. Change roof -framing plan to reflect changes to the "back entry" <br />14. Clarify floor framing at "back entry" of the floor above. <br />15. Provide smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms (defined as room w/closet) and in <br />the corridor or area giving access to each separate sleeping area. Detectors shall <br />be installed on each story and in basements. <br />16.
