Please submit a revised site plan to show the actual orientation and configuration <br />✓of the proposed structure. The planning department may require a new set of height calculations <br />based on :he new footprint of the building. Contact Mike Palacios at (425) 257-8810 to verify <br />any planning dept. requirements. <br />The phone message that you left today indicated that the Entry/Garage would be offset from the <br />existing office by 2'- 6". The plans submitted do not reflect that configuration. Please submit <br />revised plans to show the actual configuration of the proposed changes. <br />Provide a letter and/or calculations from a licensed WA State structural engineer for the revised <br />portions of the plans submitted. The drawings submitted should bear a wet stamp from the <br />/ engineer of record. A photocopy of the engineers stamp on the revised drawings is not <br />adequate. All required hold-downs and shear walls as determined by the lateral analysis shall be <br />clearly marked on the revised drawings. <br />The plans submitted do not address some of the corrections from the letter dated May 27. 1999. <br />The item numbers that were not addressed are 4.6.7,9.10.11,12,13.14.15 & 16.
