The lot was cleared prior to our <br />site reconnaissance. The lot slopes steeply in an easterly direction off of Federal Ave. down to a <br />moderately flat building pad along the eastern part of the property. Access to the property will be off of a <br />driveway along the southern property line, extending down from Federal Ave. into the site. The new <br />home, as shown on the supplied site plans, will be two (2) stories with a full basement - taking advantage of <br />the existing topography of the site.
