In 1979 the Applicant requested a Special Property Use Permit to allow for <br />the expansion of the Luther Child Center facilities on property located <br />west of Federal, north of 46th Street, in the City of Everett, Washington, <br />and more particularly described as set forth in the introduction. <br />2.
