A pedestrian circulation system for thc site must Ue �nproved by the Plamiing Director and Traffic <br /> Enginecr prior to the issuance of any building permi� .. Walkways must allow pedestrians and <br /> wheelchairs to gain easy access from sidewalks and bus stops to building entrances through the use of <br /> paths�vhich are physically separated from vehicle traffic and maneuvering areas.
