If this is the case then an application for Steep Slope Alteration will <br /> need to be submitted concurrently with your building permit application. You <br /> may pick an application up at our Public Services Counter, located at 3200 Cedar <br /> Street, or by contacting the Planning Department at (425) 257-8731. <br /> This letter will also serve as a transmittal for a stop work order (enclosed) for all work. <br /> Work is not to recommence until the required permits are obtained and the required <br /> inspections performed. <br /> Because this submittal is the result of an enforcement issue, we must require that the <br /> application and plans be submitted no later than Friday, January 24, 2003. If you fail to <br /> meet that deadline, further enforcement will be initiated.
