Antennas associated with above ground utility of communication facilities shall be <br /> located on existing or repla�ement towers or structures to the mazimum extent <br /> technically feasible to discourage the proliferetion of tower structures. <br /> Findin : The proposal is to add antennas to an existing 113' wireless communications utility <br /> pole. AT&T is al�eady collocated on th�� pole. When proposed to be located on an existing or <br /> replacement uti � or communication, structure or other non-residential structure in a residential <br /> zone, Review � ocess II shall be required. <br /> 3.
