Wastes <br /> 16. Ordinary tresh generated by users of the marina facility should be placed in <br /> dumpsters located around the marina facflity and in the boat yard (subject to ihe <br /> restrictions laid down In the Marina Regulations Part II, Sedion C). Dumpsters may <br /> n�t be used for disposal of any non-boating materials generated off sfte. <br /> 17. Dumpsters are provided throughout the marina/boatyard facility for the collection of <br /> boating generated refuse. AII approprfate trash will be deposiied in these contalners. <br /> No gatbage, trash, oil, fuel, debris, or other material, liqufd or soUd, shall 6e <br /> deposited in the water, on Port facility land, or on any floats or piers. <br /> 1&. Users are requfred to recycle appropriate materials and use recycle contalners that <br /> are provided throughout the marina. <br /> 19. Abandoning wastes from on or off site on Port property is prohibited. <br /> 20. Faciliiy users (boat owners and contractors) shall be responsible for disposing of <br /> wastes such as fuels, paints, thinners, solvents, Ilquid epoxy resins, or other volatile <br /> or hazartious substances, dangerous wastes or debris. They must be disposed of in <br /> a manner approved by applica6le regulations or regulatory agencies. <br /> F:1. Waste engfne oil and filters can be disposed of at receptacles throughout the marina. <br /> These receptacles shall be used for the disposal of waste oil only. <br /> ✓ Waste oil is recycled. Gas and other flammable materials, paint thinners, <br /> antifreeze, oily bilge water or any other products or materials must not be <br /> disposed of in these containers. <br /> 22. Dumpsters located in the marina/ba2tyard facility shall not be used for disposal oi <br /> unused or waste painfs, solvents, oils, antifn�eze, spent oil filters, chemicals, <br /> pesticides, dangemus wastes or similar materials. Dry, empty containers may be <br /> disposed of in the dumpsters. Paint cans musl be completely dry before being <br /> placed in trash dumpslers. <br /> 23. Covers on dumpsters shall remain closed except duri:ig the process of actual trash <br /> disposal in order to minimize rainwaier enlry. Damaged or m(ssing dumpster lids <br /> should be reported to the South Marina Office as soon as possible. <br /> 24. Marinalboatyard users who bring lheir pets on site sY�all clean up and dispose of their <br /> pet's �vaste as per the City of Everett's animal control regulations (i,e., "scoop laws"). <br /> 1Naste colieciion bags are provided in dispensers along the promenade. <br /> 4 <br />
