A <br /> geotechnical report must be included with your Steep Siope <br /> Alteration application. <br /> 2. If a variance is approved, building pertnits are required and must be <br /> obtained within one year from the approval date after which the <br /> Board of Adjustment's decision shall cease to be effective. Prior to <br /> the expiration date, a written request for a six-month extension may <br /> be submitted to the Planning Director. <br /> 3.
