Short Plat Access: That portion of Firc Dcpartmcnt access into short <br /> plats regulalcd by Ti[le 18 oC Uie Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Temporary access roads in use during building construction, shall be <br /> constructed for all weather driving conditions. At no time during the <br /> construction of the project should the ro�dway surface consist primarily of diri, <br /> mud, sand, or other matcriai that, in the opin�on of the Fire Chief, may impair <br /> fire fighting or rescue operations. The required 20 foot width must be <br /> maintained so thaf the driving surfacc is recognizable day or night. <br /> The required width of any fire apparatus acccss road shall not be obslnicted in <br /> any manner, incluc:ing parking of vehicles. Minimum required widQis and <br /> dearances established under this section sliall be maintained at all times.
