Pire Access Road: That portion of thc Fire Department access to areas or <br /> sWclures which is requircd by the provisions oC Scetion 10.207 of the <br /> Uniform Firc Code, 1991 edition or subsequent revision. This type of <br /> access may be provided ro almost any type of property. <br /> C. Access EasemenL• That portion of a 'Yre access road" as defined above <br /> which is provided by the granting of a pettnanent casement over otte or <br /> more propertics in ordcr to provide permanent access to other propercies. <br /> D. Short Plat Access: That portion of Firc Dcpartmcnt access into short <br /> plats regulalcd by Ti[le 18 oC Uie Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Temporary access roads in use during building construction, shall be <br /> constructed for all weather driving conditions. At no time during the <br /> construction of the project should the ro�dway surface consist primarily of diri, <br /> mud, sand, or other matcriai that, in the opin�on of the Fire Chief, may impair <br /> fire fighting or rescue operations. The required 20 foot width must be <br /> maintained so thaf the driving surfacc is recognizable day or night. <br /> The required width of any fire apparatus acccss road shall not be obslnicted in <br /> any manner, incluc:ing parking of vehicles. Minimum required widQis and <br /> dearances established under this section sliall be maintained at all times. The <br /> rcquired cul-de-sac turnaround for fire apparatus shall be per Standard Drawing <br /> No. 304. <br /> SECTION 3.05 <br /> PARKING L01'S <br /> 3-OS.I Gencral <br /> Off streel parking ]ots shall bc constructed in confomiance wiUt Uie <br /> requirements for number of stalls and landscaping as noted in thc Zoning Code. <br /> Additionally, if all of lhe following are mct, a maximum of 25% of the required <br /> number of stalls may be sized for compact cars, as shown on Standard Plan Nos. <br /> 334A and 334B.
