- 3 - <br />The prnposed access configuratzon for this parczl is inadequate <br />to serve potential Future uses. The final site plan ahall <br />include an access which is sufficient to provide for maximum <br />potential traffic flows from this parcel through an internal <br />accesa toadway with limited accesa points from parking areas. <br />Design of the acceas roadway muat be approved by the City's <br />Traffic Engineer prior to eny permits being issued for Phase II. <br />c.
