DFSCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Building and Public Works permits to allow the construction of an approximately 46,489 square foot center for auto related retail uses, auto repair and service, tire manufacturing/retread, a gas station with two 12,000 gallon tanks and a car wash on a 4.44 acre site. A portion of the site was previously constructed. The project is now being revised to include uses that were not previously proposed including a gas station, car wash and a service station.
