�Fd_ <br />REVISED (2) <br />DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA f31-86 <br />This Determination of Non -Significance shall expire one year from <br />the date of issuance final unless a completed building permit <br />application has been submitted within that time. A request for a <br />one-year extension of this Determination of Non -Significance may <br />be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Building and <br />Public Works permits to allow the construction of an approximately 46,489 <br />square foot center for auto related retail uses, auto repair and service, tire <br />manufacturing/retread, a gas station with two 12,000 gallon tanks and a car <br />wash on a 4.44 acre site.
