Third and Everett Mall Way, Everett <br />Our Job No. 2092 <br />Dear Gordon: <br />no <br />FEB 111987 <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />Public Works Dept. <br />On behalf of Zaremba Midwest, Inc., we are herewith making application for a <br />modified Grading Permit and also requesting plan review for the site improvement designs <br />for this project. <br />Regarding the Grading Permit Application, please note that a Grading Permit <br />Application for 10-acre improvement was processed through your office on August 15, <br />1986. Our modified Grading Permit Application is now for 14.5 acres. The total "in - <br />bank" excavation is 52,000 cubic yards. There will be approximately 42,000 cubic yards <br />of fill compacted in place. Approximately 14,000 cubic yards of in -bank material (18,000 <br />cubic yards in truck measurement) will be removed from the site. Two (2) sets of the <br />Grading Plans are enclosed for your use in this regard. <br />Regarding the plan review for site improvements, please find enclosed four (4) <br />sets of improvement drawings and two (2) sets of drainage calculations for your use. <br />The building plans are currently being assembled and will be filed for Building Permit as <br />available. Please proceed to process the above -described Grading Permit Application and <br />site plan review at your earliest convenience.
