The conditions are in place to implement <br />options for stormwater management per City of Everett standards <br />in the Final MDNS issued on October �, 2003. <br />Conciusion: Appropriate surface water management is being <br />provided to City Standards. <br />Adequate fire protection and hydrants to City Standards; <br />Finding: Fire hydrant must be located 200 diving feet from the new <br />buildings in the proposed project. <br />Conclusion: Adequate fire protection and hydrants can be provided <br />to City Standards. <br />ApPropriate access to City Standards to for or to all anticipated uses <br />within the project; <br />Finding: The proposed lots will access via a common driveway per <br />City of Everett Standards. <br />Conclusion: The binding site plan must provide crass easement <br />agreements for access, utilities, and landscaping to Ciry Standards. <br />Provisions made for access to and maintenance of all common <br />facilities. <br />Finding: A provision for maintenance of all common facilities is <br />required. <br />Conclusion: Prior to final approval this document must be recorded. <br />5.
